Yes! Our full studio is available for rent for your own team program or event.

Our space:

• 1 large, open room with high ceilings, lots of windows, lake views, flexible seating setups for up to 25 people, and a plug-and-play screen & sound system
• 2 smaller breakout areas with screens and seating for up to 8 people
• welcoming entrance and front desk
• small kitchen with refrigerator/freezer, sink, microwave, and Bunn coffee machine
• outdoor patio with seasonal furniture
• 100 ft of lakeside green space

When we found this lakeside building a few years ago, it was a dream come true. We stripped away all the noise and started with a clean slate, designing the space to be energizing and creative with minimal decor and bright colors.

It is home to our creative agency, so our team is always there. If it's cool enough for us, I bet you'll love it!

She explains her approach here.

"To build something unique and customized for your team, I would focs on these things:

LEARNING CURVE: I believe in building on work that has already been done and connecting the dots. My goal would be to learn more about your team, the programming you've already completed and the DNA of your brand. To be a good facilitator, I've got to tackle that learning curve.

THEME: I approach all of my programming through the lens of storytelling and brand building. Those are my areas of expertise and that perspective often brings new energy and understanding to some of the more common or traditional topics. 

COLLABORATION: Our goal is to make every event as collaborative and interactive as possible - not in a silly "corporate icebreaker" way (I hate those) but in a fun, comfortable way. We need to learn from each other. Usually, the valuable takeaways from our programs come as much from the other participants as they do from me or my team. 

CREATIVITY: I believe creativity is the fuel for impactful experiences and change. We think outside of the box here and like to try "crazy" things. Often, I lean on our freelance creative community to help me create unique art projects that can add to a group's overall experience. They are usually one of the reasons our customized events feel so different - and by that I mean fun."

Retreat space rental only:

• $5,000 per day covering indoor space with flexible furnishing, outdoor space with some seasonal furnishing, use of kitchen area, technical assistance with screens/sound, and general support.
• $7,500 per day adds a white-glove level of support with greeting, some decor assistance, food/beverage management, IT management, and additional coordination.

Customized team retreats:

• An additional fee can be added to your space rental for a fully customized program experience with professional facilitation throughout your event. Request a quote if you're interested.

Extra costs:

• No food or beverages are supplied. You can bring your own or work with a local catering company for meals. We have a list of favorites!
• Outdoor tents are not included but can be rented locally.
• Decor and signage outside of simple directional signage are not included.
• Setup time, if beyond your event rental time period, will be quoted on a case-by-case basis. We try to be flexible depending on other activities happening in our space.

Yes! We have a very large parking lot. It's right off the road with direct access to the front door of our facility. We are handicap accessible. There is no additional charge for parking.
