At Redstar, we believe that collaboration can make good things great and we’ve nurtured that spirit throughout our history, offering side-by-side client workspaces and training events in a converted red house in downtown Willmar over 15 years ago. We were coworking before coworking was cool.

In 2015, we doubled down on that collaborative culture by launching the area’s first official coworking space. Redstar is the founder and anchor tenant of WORKUP, located in a historic, lakeside cottage on the MinnWest Technology Campus in Willmar, Minnesota. It is home to a diverse community of talented entrepreneurs, consultants, engineers, programmers and other creatives who love the cool space and amenities, but come mostly for the people, the events, the energy and the culture.
